I Am In Love

Alright friends, 

just finished up Day 3 of my P90X Transformation, Shoulders and Arms. Woah! I am totally in love and have goose bumps all over. Tony's tip of the Day? "Don't smash your face!!" I did not smash my face today (by the way, all you friendly beings who have asked me...I am much better, thank you!) but I did drop my weight on my foot!

All numbers in green mean I used a 5lbs weight, the rest was all done with my 10lbs dumb bells.

All in all, I am not too hurt from Plyo yesterday but my chest is still hurting from day 1. I still have to do Ab Ripper X. *crosses lower arms to form an X*
