And here we go, I finally figured out how to use blogger (duh) only took me about a year.
Today I started P90X ladies and gents. My first workout was Chest and Back followed by Ab Ripper X (imagine me saying this with a rough biker voice) and let me tell you something...it kicked my ass. Not just a little but a lot. Yesterday I finished 90 days of Chalean Extreme (lost a total of 13 inches and 34lbs) and thought I will be semi ready, but damn! Chin-ups are hard! I started using the bands to do a modified pull up version though my silly self did not secure the band right and it ended up coming of when it was at full tension and knocked me in the face. I passed out, while kind of falling and I can say THANK YOU to my husband. He helped me right away, kind of giggling but it a nice way. Sooo screw the modified version. Pull up bar it is. I did about 2...without a chair! Ha!
I will start posting numbers soon. I was sort of dizzy (of course I finished the work out!) so I did not continue writing down my reps or weights.
Here are my beginning number folks...
Day 1: 130.3 lbs.
right arm: 10.6 inches
left arm: 10.6 inches
right leg: 22.2 inches
left leg: 21.1 inches
butt: 38 inches
waist: 26.8 inches
hip 34.3 inches
Not too shabby to begin with, I shall take before pictures but will share them with my 30 days results.
