Good Day People!
First things first, DO YOUR YOGA X! Do not skip it. Fight through it and I promise, after the first 40 minutes it starts to be fun (er).
My upper back is still a tad sore from 2 days ago which is awesome because it reminds me to sit up straight.
Since yesterday I am an active coach. I am all excited to get this going! Beachbody is simply amazing! My starter kit came in yesterday as well.
I am all over the place today...total scatter brain, lots on my mind. Oh...let's eat clean today!
