Yoga...*ZZZzzzZZZ*

Good Day People!
First things first, DO YOUR YOGA X! Do not skip it. Fight through it and I promise, after the first 40 minutes it starts to be fun (er).

My upper back is still a tad sore from 2 days ago which is awesome because it reminds me to sit up straight.


Since yesterday I am an active coach. I am all excited to get this going! Beachbody is simply amazing! My starter kit came in yesterday as well.
I am all over the place today...total scatter brain, lots on my mind. Oh...let's eat clean today!
That's all for for now! Tomorrow we have Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X!

One more thing....DRINK YOUR WATER!

I Am In Love

Alright friends, 

just finished up Day 3 of my P90X Transformation, Shoulders and Arms. Woah! I am totally in love and have goose bumps all over. Tony's tip of the Day? "Don't smash your face!!" I did not smash my face today (by the way, all you friendly beings who have asked me...I am much better, thank you!) but I did drop my weight on my foot! 
Here are my reps for today's workout:

All in all, I am not too hurt from Plyo yesterday but my chest is still hurting from day 1. I still have to do Ab Ripper X. *crosses lower arms to form an X*

Totally got my Arsch kicked!

Wow! Done with P90X's plyo and what can I say?! I needed a bucket after, not just for sweat but also to throw up in it. Kidding of course....about the throwing up part! I had to modify about 50%  of the whole workout...not to bad if I consider P90X Polymeric being the mother of all P90X workouts. *hugs self* I tried to record myself yet it just decided to stop in the middle of it. Bare with me, I shall get there! I burned about 672 calories. Average heart rate was at 138 for 50 minutes (skipped the cool down because I really was dying!)
I had a half a chicken after that. O_O I felt semi hungry. 

Tomorrow it is Shoulders and Arms <----does not sound that scary now does it?

My Very First Blog!

And here we go, I finally figured out how to use blogger (duh) only took me about a year.
Today I started P90X ladies and gents. My first workout was Chest and Back followed by Ab Ripper X (imagine me saying this with a rough biker voice) and let me tell you something...it kicked my ass. Not just a little but a lot. Yesterday I finished 90 days of Chalean Extreme (lost a total of 13 inches and 34lbs) and thought I will be semi ready, but damn! Chin-ups are hard! I started using the bands to do a modified pull up version though my silly self did not secure the band right and it ended up coming of when it was at full tension and knocked me in the face. I passed out, while kind of falling and I can say THANK YOU to my husband. He helped me right away, kind of giggling but it a nice way. Sooo screw the modified version. Pull up bar it is. I did about 2...without a chair! Ha! 
I will start posting numbers soon. I was sort of dizzy (of course I finished the work out!) so I did not  continue writing down my reps or weights.
Here are my beginning number folks...

Day 1: 130.3 lbs.
right arm: 10.6 inches
left arm:   10.6 inches
right leg:  22.2 inches
left leg:    21.1 inches
butt:        38 inches
waist:      26.8 inches
hip          34.3 inches

Not too shabby to begin with, I shall take before pictures but will share them with my 30 days results.
