Legs And Back

Heya everyone! Yesterday was my rest day, very much needed. Funny enough I did not  sit longer then 5 minutes. Legs and Back was super hard today I feel a bit weak which showed in my numbers. I used only 5lbs for all the leg sets (compared to 20lbs) and did only 4 sets of Pull-Ups. 
Here are my numbers....also just realized that I am somehow missing all the Abs workouts from yesterday. I have my head up my bum. Will be a workout filled day tomorrow...unless I toss abs in today.

  1. Balance Lunges 20/20 5lbs
  2. Calf Raise Squats 22 5lbs
  3. Reverse Grip Chin-Ups 10 (stool)
  4. Super Skater 16/16
  5. Wall Squat 90 seconds
  6. Wide Front Pull-Ups 10 (stool)
  7. Step Back Lunge 12/12 5lbs
  8. Alternating Side Lunge 20 5lbs
  9. Close Grip Overhead Pull-Ups 10 (stool)
  10. Single Legged Wall Squat 60 seconds
  11. Dead Lift Squat 18/18
  12. Three Way Lunges 10/10
  13. Chair Salutations 60 seconds
  14. Toe-Roll Iso Lunge 20/20
  15. Groucho Walk 45  seconds
  16. Calf Raises 75 5lbs
