Heya everyone! Yesterday was my rest day, very much needed. Funny enough I did not sit longer then 5 minutes. Legs and Back was super hard today I feel a bit weak which showed in my numbers. I used only 5lbs for all the leg sets (compared to 20lbs) and did only 4 sets of Pull-Ups.
Here are my numbers....also just realized that I am somehow missing all the Abs workouts from yesterday. I have my head up my bum. Will be a workout filled day tomorrow...unless I toss abs in today. - Balance Lunges 20/20 5lbs
- Calf Raise Squats 22 5lbs
- Reverse Grip Chin-Ups 10 (stool)

- Wall Squat 90 seconds
- Wide Front Pull-Ups 10 (stool)

- Close Grip Overhead Pull-Ups 10 (stool)
- Single Legged Wall Squat 60 seconds
- Dead Lift Squat 18/18
- Three Way Lunges 10/10
- Chair Salutations 60 seconds
- Toe-Roll Iso Lunge 20/20
- Groucho Walk 45 seconds
- Calf Raises 75 5lbs
