What A Weekend.

My thoughts when it comes to flu shots? ^&%*$(# Yeah, first time my kids get a flu shot my daughter has a reaction and a fever of 104 in the middle of the night. Poor girl. She was fine the next day after the ER doctor gave her something to reduce the fever...surely scared the poo out of us. Her birthday was still fun and she loved her cake and gifts. Thank you everyone!

Chest and Back was awesome today! I took my time and are at the point where I just max out each set. Mostly I press pause because I can go longer then the time provided. My numbers certainly went up since last week, which amazes me. Chest and Back...you just never know! Here are some pictures and my numbers. (and yes I tried to flex but could hardly lift my arms)
