Now that was surely something else! Very much slow...so you still feel like you "recover" but all those core workouts kicked my behind. I very much suck at Bananas. Superman? Fine...even Boat and Bow worked out great but Bananas?! I have to figure out how to get my lower abs stronger. If anyone has an idea, please hit me up.
I burned 602 calories in those 55 minutes with an average heart rate of 127. It is very hard to not do something extra. I almost feel lazy...but wait. I could mop the floor and fold laundry...and clean the litter box or pull more weeds.
My husband started doing Chalean Extreme last night. We where thinking about P90X at first yet with how much he works we figured Chalean might be a better fit. I took before pictures, measurements and can't wait to see how he likes it. Love you babe!
