Crazy, crazy morning. Started my day as always with my Shakeology and then realized I have to do Plyo X. I remembered how 'weak' I was yesterday (and today my arms are rather sore) so I must say I was quite scared of this.
My girl Hunter came over to do Plyo X it with me. She is a dancer so she had little to no problems doing this workout which was quite impressive. Thanks for joining me Hunt!
My average heart rate was at 156 which is better then two weeks ago (151) though I felt a lot weaker this time around (guess that is because of the Recovery week, muscle confusion for the win baby). I burned a total of 900 calories which makes me happy. Now I am sore all over. Triceps, Shoulders...plus legs now.
Oh check this out. Plyo legs don't lie.
