Kenpo X? Na, Let's Try Cardio X.


Good morning friendly neighborhood people, what a day it already has been! My children woke up way too early and due to that where whiny all morning. We went shopping because...dun dun duuuuuuh, Bri needs a new bikini. I used to wear those  size XL or size 14 bikini bottoms with attached skirt plus a tankini that
could give enough fabric to cover the whole family. So of course that is now all way to big...it was time. I was terrified! I was afraid nothing would fit. Sure enough I found one that I thought would never look good on me. I picked a bunch of sizes...L and M and went into the changing room. Target changing room lights are mean.
Never the less, the bottoms fell off of me. So I went to go get a size S. I was sort of giggling because I thought I am dreaming. Size S fit wonderfully.
Here a picture :) I still got lots of work on my legs to do (though I cheated this morning and checked my inches, after 2 weeks of  P90X and one week of 
Shakeology , I lost 0.5 inches
on EACH thigh. IN TWO WEEKS!)






How funny is it that I now weigh 129lbs and still go for size L and up!? 

Anyways, today was suppose to be Kenpo X  yet I really wanted to see what Cardio X is all about. Cardio X holds a bit of core/kenpo/yoga and plyo. I like those kind of workouts! People might say it is too easy yet you can REALLY step up the intensity and get a higher burn. 40 Minutes long, average heart rate was at 141 which means I burned a nice 771 calories. Now I will help my husband in the yard.
