Legs And Back, Pull- Up numbers are so much better!

What a great burn this workout brings! For my pull-ups I was able to push the chair out a lot more then last week, plus my numbers are better. It is also the end of week two since I am on Shakeology! I would suggest...if you are not on it...to start yesterday. lol It is strange but normally I'd be in bed, tired, at 9pm and it seems as though I can stay up a whole lot longer. I also don't mind the sun too much and feel calmer. I have not raised my voice in so long. O_O
My buddy Dani gave me the awesome idea to take a AFTER picture in the same clothes that I wore in my BEFORE picture. Great idea girl! Here is the result.
