On the menu we had Legs and Back and I am loving it. My pull-up numbers improved a lot even though my chair is pushed out lots more which makes the whole thing harder. My leg numbers where the same, used 10lbs weights instead of 15lbs because I am going dancing tomorrow. (a girls got to do what a girls got to do!)
Had my Shakeology this morning, mixed it with some strawberries. Oh boy...its like chocolate frosty with....strawberry twirl in it. I love eating clean and I hope you do as well. E-mail me if you have any questions when it comes to my diet :D
Took a video today though only recorded the leg sets because I recorded back on Monday and do not wish to bore you folks. Yes, I know, my pants are to small...lol. My butt is NOT that flat. Promise!
