Legs And Back! YAY!

Today I wanted to kick some major behind so I put on ankle weights and overall used 15lbs (two of those, har har) for all the leg workouts. And take this...I did 10 pull-ups WITHOUT a chair! Can you believe that? Where I was so very weak I now do them quite easy. I am totally excited!
This morning I weight in...after having a coffee and saw that I lost another pound. I am now at 128lbs. I know weight does not mean much yet I wanted it to stay at 129 and just replace fat with muscle. lol


Oh well I say. I feel fantastic and will do as I do. Thank you everyone for the great support. Don't forget your water! At least 80oz of it a day!
