I am so sore today! I figured, after yesterdays Plyo X I should do some push-ups on a darn ball. Of course this did not stop me from doing Back and Biceps today. It did affect my numbers a tiny bit but I am less then worried. My daughter Juliet Rose worked out with me today, like she does every day! So adorable.
A bunch of people asked me how I get my protein up so high. Well...it is all I am eating. More or less. I have about 2-4 protein shakes a day depending on how much meat I eat. I love meat and could not be without it. *thinks of a juicy steak* Twice a week I up my carbs a bit. I know that in Phase III I will have to have a lot more carbs then I have now. It will be difficult yet I am thinking about Insanity The Asylum next! And that nutrition guide holds way more carbs. So I figured if I start eating more green veggies, in about two weeks, I should be golden.
