Hey everyone. I am having a quiet day today, did my Yoga X and some cardio leg workouts...I also cleaned out my entire walk in closet. I sure hope that counts as a workout! Ha!
Yoga X is awesome and I can hardly wait for Yoga X 2!
I slept quite wonderful last night. I am having my carbs all before 2pm and fill up on fat and protein through out the rest of my day. So far it is working out quite well and if I sleep well again I can say I found my Phase III diet. I had an awesome banana/raspberry/spinach smoothie today. I needed to fill up on 60g more carbs so I figured this would be a good idea. I used 1/2 cup of raspberries, 10oz of skim milk, a small banana and two cups of baby spinach. Blend...and enjoy! A buddy of mine gave me this idea and I am thankful she did! Here is a picture of the goodness.
