Legs and Back, More Calories!

Have you ever tried one legged wall squats on your toes!? It hurt so good. Legs and Back is still a very fun workout. You  can modify it so very nicely or bump up your weights or even do curls during your lunges! 
I was able to up all of my weights but still maintain my numbers. I upped my calf raise to 40lbs (20lbs each hand) meaning I did 75 calf raises holding 40lbs. My arms and calf where killing me. Since I started upping my calories I feel stuffed and unhappy (ish) at night. Eating an extra 200 calories is HARD! Checked my weight this morning just to ensure I am not gaining anything and guess what?! I lost one pound. This was not my goal but I guess there is nothing much I can do. 

I set a date for my first day of Insanity The Asylum. I want as many people as possible to join me! Write me an E-mail if you wish to do it. The motivation won't hurt!
