Just typing this and I am sweating. I am sweating everywhere...even in the palms of my hands and yes my AC is on and working.
The new nutrition plan is working okay, made it to about 50% carbs yesterday. I am trying to get it up to 60% today, I feel fine and have a bit more energy then on just protein.
Plyo X went good tonight. I have a slight soreness in my quads after yesterday. My chest and back do not hurt. Don't believe I have to be sore every time.
I also did some strength training for my legs. Not much only for about 12 minutes. That is all for today. I am warm and need to go stand on top of my AC vent.
