Did doubles yesterday, Cardio X and Shoulders and Arms with my dear husband. I love working out with him!
My diet is going grand. I am at about 60% protein, 10% carbs and 30% fat. I am already detecting "small" on my keto sticks. I do NOT recommend this diet to everyone. I just work VERY well on low carbs. Others get headaches and other pains the first couple of days. I never do. I love meat...could rub steak all over myself. I still have my Shakeology though, could not go without it.
Husband has GREAT results so far and I can not wait to take my stats on Sunday! Love most of you...as always :D
