Monkey Nipple is about as much cursing as you will get out of me. Legs and Back took it all out of me. Whenever it is Chest and Back I literally KILL the Pull-Ups yet when I do it on my Legs and Back day I feel like throwing up with every Pull-Up. Don't know why! Anyways. I also did my buddies workout that he made for my buns and legs. Brad is amazing and he comes up with some weird stuff....reversed Push-Up...Whatever! My buns and hamstrings are burning! Thanks Braaaaad!
