Pretty day to all of you! Today I set my alarm to 6.30am to do Plyo X with my husband. I had no time for breakfast but thought I'd be okay with it. Well...27 minutes into the workout my husbands knees hurt and I could not get my average heart rate above 147 (<--lame). So I stopped, had my breakfast (which was as always Shakeology) and restarted the whole thing. 50 minutes of Plyo X (I don't count the 27 min in the morning) with an average heart rate of 158! I felt amazing and took some funky pictures!

9/10 of my days i got without eating breakfast, i want to change this situation, because i've heard lots of times that breakfast is a really really important to us, so maybe i should buy some bread and milk for tomorrow morning.
