Chest, Shoulder And Triceps, Day 64 and P90X2!

Today, Chest, Shoulder and Triceps went by in no time! Plyo Push-Ups are still INSANE, but I did 5 of them...on my toes baby! I decided to not up my weights to much anymore but to stick to a lighter weight and to do more reps. In fact, this workout asks for lighter weights, try to do 40 weighted circles! It hurts no matter how heavy your weights are.
I still have to do ARX tonight but already did a Card Deck workout following today's P90X workout. There was lots of core in this one which I need for my messed up hip.
