I am incredibly tired today! Did my Yoga X at 8am in the morning, plus Ab Ripper X plus some cardio just now. I did good during Yoga, it is starting to get a lot easier! Held my crane for about 30 seconds and I believe it was quite the pretty crane. Angle pose is easy for me (he pretzel looking thing) but extended leg lock still kills me.
This mom is ready for a nap yet my daughter is about to wake up which means no nap for me but cleaning, folding laundry and so much more.
The weekend is almost here. I would say this week went flying by in no time! Good grief I will be starting week 7 in a couple of days! I would love to take my inches now but will have to wait two more weeks.
