Am I really almost in week 10? This is crazy. I have been feeling so strong. I could not even do a Pull-Up in the beginning. This all was not just about losing weight but sort of about finding myself. And I truly did. There is more to find and I can not wait to get to know myself better and push myself harder.
Anyways, Kenpo X was great...it is sort of like a "break" for my muscles. Tomorrow is a stretch day and I can really use it. My buns are so sore! I hope all of you are eating clean!
