Intervals, Stretch X And Goal Pants!

A beautiful Sunday to all of you. Yet again, I had an incredible weekend  though was bit a bunch of times by mosquito's on Friday which meant for me no Kenpo X. Those suckers (<--- haha) got a hold of my shoulder and instead of itching, it is just swollen and hurts quite a bit. Friends had us over for dinner last night and there I had the BEST home made Salsa I have ever had. I could eat it all day, every day and would not care about the onion smell I leave behind.

Anyways. I got myself a pair of pants a while back. I got them at a thrift store for 2 bucks. A size 4 and very very long legs. Jeans of course. I figured I would never ever fit in those jeans, being a size 14 at that time. I had to buy them anyways not just because they where $2 but because I ALWAYS have a problem finding long enough pants. Even a "long" tends to be to short. When I got home I tried them on only to find that I could not even get them over my knees! Surely I was upset. Now over the last 7 months I was trying them on to find that I can hike them higher each time, inch by inch but I thought, due to my hip bones sticking out so far, that I could never close them up...can't shrivel down bone now can I? Two weeks ago I tried them on, husband shook his head and said I will just hurt my hip bones even if I do get to close them. Yesterday I figured I should yet again try  and slipped them on, closed the zipper like they always fit me. I almost cried. Could not believe it. Of course they are rather tight but I don't care. I did not take them of all day even though we where in the 100's yesterday.Cool thing is, they are so tight you can't really feel when you have to use the ladies room...waste of time anyways O_O
Today, due to me skipping the workout yesterday, I did Intervals. 50 Minutes long with an average heart rate of 134. My Vo2 Max is at 42. So you do the burn math. Also did Stretch X (feels so good!) and now have to try pulling those 5 feet tall weeds while my kids have a picnic in the front yard. 
I am having my favorite snack food right now, Planters NUT.rition Bone Health Mix. So good and perfect for me since I have such problems filling up my calories at times.

Yes, I work out in underpants.  I am member of  Team- UP (UP for UnderPants) Fitness so it is what I gots to do! (not really but it is fun!)
