Cardio X and Waterworld.

Only 4.35pm and I am toast! Started the day very early with my lovely husband. We did Cardio X instead of Plyo knowing that Waterworld and the sun will beat our butt. We have not done anything like that without the kids in forever. We did not have to worry about kiddos drowning or burning in the sun. It was a blast.

Cardio X took it all out of me! Normally I work out around 9am yet  today it was 7am which turned out to be a lot harder. I also got my second shipment of Shakeology and today my awesome shaker came with it plus a new recipe card.
I am quite sore from yesterdays workout and so is my husband. He says he likes it and is sticking to the diet I put him on as well.
Yesterday a bunch of people asked me what it is I snack on. This is rather hard to answer since I really don't snack much but I eat every 2-3 hours. If I don't, I die, sort of like a shark when it stops moving. I start with Shakeology, have a protein shake post workout, eat nuts, beef jerky, eggs, chicken breast, string cheese (not the fat free crap), a bit of dark chocolate, green veggies, berries (love cherries) and some days a handful of Chex Mix. I am guessing beef jerky and nuts would be what is considered snacking. I try to stick to a 2000 calorie diet with a 40/40/20 ratio though some days it might be 50/30/20 (being percentage).
