I Just Killed Chest And Back.

Good morning friends! I am all happy today when not even 3 hours ago I was scared of my mind due to the new Phase nutritional  needs. 60% of carbohydrates is so much but I really want to give it a shot especially with all the doubles I pull. 
I put 1/3 of a cub of oatmeal in my Shakeology this morning. Carbs, to me, have like a magic aura or power to them...so I sat there waiting for me to get a huge boost of energy. It did not come...LOL

I must say though that throughout my workout I had lots more energy. In week two of my P90X journey I did 95 Push-Ups and 61 Pull-Ups during the Chest and Back workout. Today? Today I did 200 Push-Ups and 63 Pull-Ups (first round I did them all without a chair, second round I did them with a chair). Every overhead grip Pull-Up still hurts my shoulder. Not too sure why. Anyways, talk about an improvement!!! I am so thrilled! 
I am doing the card deck workout today, just for my legs. Here is what I do. Hearts - Squat jacks, Diamonds - Diamond jacks, Clubs - Mary Katherine Lunges, Spades - Leap Frogs (I add, leaping UP THE STAIRS), Ace heart and diamond- Choo Choo train and ace spades and clubs- 20 burpee's.
