I am in so much pain right now. I messed up all of my yoga mat with my sweat. I just did the most INSANE workout I have EVER done. Click here to see what I did: BOOTCAMP Day 2
You take a deck of cards, shuffle them, pick 5 sets of workouts and get going. For Hearts I picked X-Jumps, for Club Bear Crawls, Diamond <--> Shoulder Taps, Spades was Hop Scotch and whenever I pulled a Ace I had to do 50 Wacky Jacks. I used a yoga mat, once up and down the yoga mat counts as ONE rep, now imagine pulling Ten of Hearts and then Queen of Hearts...well that would mean 20 X-Jumps in a row. The Shoulder Taps where the hardest. OH DEAR! The hole workout took me 91 minutes (8 minute warm up) and my average heart rate was at 162. With a VO2 max of 42 that makes 930 calories!!!!
My shoulders will fall off tomorrow. I am sure of it.
