Chest, Shoulder And Triceps, Start Of Week 6!

Major chest burn here for this lady. Did both of my workouts already, Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and Ab Ripper X. I felt good but all those push-ups are intense. PAIN! 

My daughter worked out with me, she is the cutest and makes me laugh hard so good form, while laughing, is rather hard. 
My husband Zac, who did two weeks of Chalean Extreme is switching to P90X today. ChaLEAN is quite short since you find yourself squatting plus doing a shoulder press at the same time. Needless to say, his knees are killing him even though he uses good form. 
I am putting a program together for him, leaving out Plyo. He will have to deal with once a week Legs and Back. He is also cutting out almost all of his soda (but one can) and will eat during the day (mostly lean protein) which is very VERY new for him. He would normally live on coffee and soda at work and then eat all of his calories at night. I am excited that he lets me use him as my little test bunny. He has great muscle definition to begin with so with better nutrition he will have nice results.
My numbers where the same as last week but I used 10lbs more often then last weeks 5lbs. I also took a little video. Hope you like it!!
