How funny! I woke up so late thinking that I will need rest for Speed and Agility only to find out that I have a Relief Day today. I figured I should do my Fit Test though so that I do not have to double up tomorrow.
I looked at my numbers from the first time I did this Fit Test and got quite scared thinking I could not improve my numbers remembering how painful it was to push through it. I must add I am all about perfect form hen it comes to the Training Assessment. Just to not cheat myself. If I don't get my heel up to my belly button during a Mountain Climber Switch Kick I do not count it. If I do not touch my shoulder during Agility Shoulder Taps (some touch their biceps) I do not count it. I also take 45 seconds of break during each exercise.
Well...I did good :) I was VERY excited to see some things getting a lot better. I still don't understand how someone can get 6 rotations of Agility Shoulder Taps into one minute. Surely one of my goals.
Since a few days I increased my protein a bit more and I feel great. This weekend was fun! Tomorrow is day 15...half way through!
