This is getting VERY hard. In the beginning I thought "huh, this isn't too hard, I can totally do this" yet now that I only have 4 workouts left it is getting incredibly hard. I am tired and sore. I am done Wednesday with Monday being a Relief day. I will take a "break" until the next Monday and more then likely start with P90X though I add some Asylum. I think.
Vertical Plyo was hard again today. Go figure. For some reason I was sweating a lot more. Might be because I had oatmeal instead of my normal Shakeology. LOL
I am watching my kids right now, they are running around in their Halloween costumes. Wish I had mine already...I'd join them!
