Day 7, Killed Strength.

That's right, I nailed Strength today. I did not feel like doing it when I first woke up. I guess that is what you get for staying up all night two night's in a row. I pressed play anyways, as I always do, knowing that I will feel better after about 5 minutes into the workout. How funny...food used to be my comfort now it is sweat that is most comforting to me. 
I increased my numbers A LOT. I did 7 Pyramid Row Push Ups and my lower abs are getting a lot stronger as well. With my two c-sections this is one of the areas that gave me great trouble though I can feel it getting stronger and my husband noticed that I am doing a lot better when it comes to the chest/ab routine at the end of Shaun T's Strength craziness. 
At the end of the workout I was shaking so hard that I dropped my green tea and almost my camera. :) It is a grand day. 
My legs, I think got so much stronger, right leg is still stronger then the left. I use it so much more with my messed up hip.
