I slept horrid! I was so scared of doing Vertical Plyo today that I hardly slept and when I did drift of I kept dreaming that I had to JUMP over huge ravines in the Grand Canyon. Well...I, of course, did it anyways and did way better then the first time around. Took just one break (at minute 12 of the workout) and saw improvement in most of my moves. I still think one legged jump tucks suck...at the end of this workout I was sweating like crazy.
