I Am Back.

Or shall I say Tony is back? Good grief how I missed him. I had a grin on my face the entire workout and my numbers where alright. I could tell my Push-Ups got a bit weaker within the last 40 days (but who cares? I am super fast!) I am sticking with a 2000 calorie diet to maintain weight. Ratio 50/30/20. You all know I do best on higher protein. 
Target had all their nuts on sale so I am sure my fat will be a bit higher then 20%. Good fats though so all is well.




Check out my numbers! Tomorrow is Plyo X day. So excited for it. It used to be so hard, now, after doing Vertical Plyo from The Asylum, I am sure it will be easier.
